01 — The Property

Small, deliberate, quiet.

Six hand-built cabins sit at a respectful distance from one another along the water. Twelve full-hookup RV sites sit farther back, shaded by mature pines. No swim-up bar. No planned activities. The pace here is set by the creek.

Each cabin has a wood stove, a small kitchen, a proper bed, and a porch you'll want to keep sitting on.

02 — Amenities

What is here.

The list is short on purpose.

i.

Six creekside cabins

Wood stove, kitchenette, porch, one queen and a sleeper. Sleeps two to four comfortably.

ii.

Twelve RV sites

Pull-through, 30 and 50 amp, water, sewer, level pads, tree cover.

iii.

Fire & water

Private fire pits at every site. The creek is thirty steps from the last cabin.

iv.

Trails

Three miles of marked trail leaving from the office. Trout in the upstream pools.

v.

Dogs welcome

Leashed on the property, off-leash in the meadow past the second bend.

vi.

Reliable Wi-Fi

At the cabins and the office. Weaker at the sites, honestly. This is the point.
